Warm & Crumbly Bakery is a home-based bakery. Products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of Agriculture.

All products are made to order and availability may vary.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Orders are not guaranteed until confirmed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders if necessary.

Payment may be required before an order is completed.

We may accept payment through:

• Online payment (if available)

Orders may not be prepared until payment is received.

Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed time and location.

If you are late for pickup, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee product freshness after the scheduled pickup time.

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods:

• Orders cannot be refunded once prepared.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance when possible.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including:

Customers with food allergies should contact us before ordering.

This product is homemade and is not prepared in an inspected food establishment.
