Our policies

• Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise approved.
• Custom or specialty orders require a minimum of 72 hours notice.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.
• All required details (pickup date, time, flavors, quantities, customizations, etc.) must be provided at the time of ordering.
• We reserve the right to decline orders based on availability. 

 • Full payment is required to secure your order.
• Invoices are sent through Square.
• Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving your invoice.
• If payment is not received within 24 hours, your order date will be released.

• Cash is accepted at pickup for pre-approved orders only.

No orders will be started without confirmed payment.

 Pickup

• Pickup times and places are scheduled in advance.
• Please arrive within your agreed pickup window.
• Orders not picked up within 15 minutes of the scheduled time without communication may be considered a no-show and are non-refundable.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery

Delivery is available within 15 miles of Warm and Crumbly's address.

Delivery fees are based on distance:

• $5 — within 5 miles
• $10 — within 10 miles
• $15 — within 15 miles

• Someone must be present to receive the order at the time of delivery.
• We are not responsible for damage once the order has been delivered and accepted.
• We reserve the right to decline delivery in cases of unsafe weather or road conditions.

• Orders may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice (72 for custom).
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

At Warm & Crumbly Bakery, we take pride in making fresh, high-quality baked goods. Because our products are made to order and are perishable, we have the following refund policy.

1. No Returns

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we do not accept returns on any food items.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

• Your order was incorrect
• Your order was missing items
• Your order was damaged at pickup
• There was a quality issue with your product

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.

We may request a photo of the product to help resolve the issue.

3. Cancellations 

Orders may be canceled with at least 48 hours notice for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may not be eligible for a refund.

Custom orders require at least 72 hours' notice for refund eligibility.

4. Non-refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Late pickups
• Change of mind
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Allergy-related issues after ordering 

Please contact us before ordering if you have food allergies.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

• Design inspiration photos are not exact replicas
• Color variations may occur
• Final balance must be paid before pickup
• Design changes within 48 hours are not guaranteed

 Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please contact us before ordering if you have food allergies.
